My friends always say I look like Dora the Explorer, so I decided to humor her Halloween and how they dress. And where can I pack? (Map would be nice too.)

Well if you look at a costume shop and have it then you just go to a place like Wal-Mart, TJ Maxx, Bealls, AJ Wright .... convenient locations and receive a backpack normal red. So, I'm sure you can print a picture of the card online or if you are artistic enough to make.
... Or in the case of people not quite sure what you like, you can always try to help dress up a backpack Dora. Not so original, but.

Oh yes, and then see the stuffed animals in these places if you see shoes of the child to be found. If you are not in one of the places where you found the bag, you still try Toys R Us, I'm sure he would, and I think it would be a nice gesture. If you do not want to wear, you can always finger at you or coming out of the bag.
